The government today announced that it is changing its emblem from an Eagle to a CONDOM because it more accurately reflects the government's political stance. A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed.

Rode to work this AM. Temp in NJ was 28. Windchill calculator says that at 80mph the windchill would be around -7.

Of course, it's supposed to warm up considerably today. Sometimes you just gotta suffer.

I was kinda dissappointed though... when I left my house, the temp read 7 degrees. But that damned sign only read 10.

Someday, I'll get single digits.

Hmmm, if the roads weren't so bad, I'd think about it.

They work somewhat good, just make sure you still have a good pair of winter gloves underneath. In 30-50 degrees, they work wonderfully.

Tonight they worked well up until about, oh...3 miles.

Damn you!

Even with todays temp, had my bike been insured I still would have only had around 7-9F in LI.

Of course, that would include about a 2 hour ride in those temps, like I did last year @ 19F.

Helmet laws interfere with natural selection.
