I watched the video because I like watching good stunt riding videos. And it was claimed that this was the best video ever. So I watched it. Is it that hard to comprehend? And it simply was NOT the best video ever. It was exactly what I said. A bunch of boring circles, highchairs, burnouts, staged shots, etc. And not even all those stunts were that good. So how is me posting a counter-opinion to the claim that it was the best video ever become "made hate" ? WTF is "made hate" anyways? Must be a cool-guy term I don't know.

I can hang out on whatever forum I want on these boards. Periodically I sometimes check the stunter forums for videos. Likewise for the kneedragger forum. If you've got a problem with that - too damn bad. There's an ignore function on cycleforums. Wrong. Your freedom of speech ENDS when you leave public property. This isn't considered public property and you cannot say "whatever you want." That's what moderators are for. You go in a restaurant and you sometimes see signs like "We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason whatsoever." If you go into a family restaurant and start cussing they can ask you to leave and if you don't they can have you removed by the police that you love so dearly and have you charged with tresspassing.

As far as me hating. Anyone else here is free to go look at the thread you are referring to. Again, I'm asking you, no fuck that, I'm telling you - feel free to point out where I'm hating on stunters or stunting. The only time I've got a problem with it is when you're being an asshat and doing it on public streets IN traffic and endangering the wellbeing of other motorists around you. Dude, you need to up the Prozac, or try for another drug because whatever your on now is not strong enough. Freedom of speech does not extend far enough to cover your rants, and as it was pointed out, this is not public, you do have to join. That gives the creators of the site the right to send you packing if they so desire. Sure there are ways to circumnavigate any bans, and you can indeed come back to show your backside any time you wish. My question is simple, Why? Why would you want to come back? Just go out there, cover your bike in some faux fur and do some stunts.

I'm not really into them myself. Sure it is kinda neat what some people can do with their machines, but the bottom line of watching the video's for me is the opportunity to see someone hitting the pavement. Perhaps it is the asshats that do the stunts around where I live. I don't know really, I just know that the personalities of the people that I have personally met that do the stunts are not ones that I care to associate with socially. Given Yamarob's responses in this thread I would have to say that the personality assessment is pretty accurate so far.

Dude never said that he didn't like stunters, he just said that the choice of video was not, "The Best" as it was reported to be. As hot as Yamarob got under the collar I am guessing that the comment touched a nerve because he hears that "his best" isn't on a regular basis and he's pissed about it.

Just an observation Yamarob. Oh, and if I could make a suggestion rob, do your typing in Microsoft Word and then spell and grammar check. It will help to keep you from sounding like a 4 year old having a tantrum...as you do now.

Hey first and for most if you look at the picture, The bikes brand new. Did that out front of my house,second day I had it. Also if you must know I had to wait on a battery for my shit to arrive. That's way I'm sitting here on a nice saturday afternoon. Cause why should I keep buying 100 dollar batterys from yamaha? When I can get one off Apex.com fo 50. And from my opinion this site hates on anything but racers. I have read all kinds of threads, Like the one about the dude that going to slam his tahoe into a guy doing a wheelie on the highway. And there's more, all over this site. Hell, some guy posted, asking how to do a wheelie, And the reponse(from some racer) Was why would you want to. And like i said before, Do you really think I care if I get banned from this site? You know in the reallity of it all is, My first post i was just telling someone my experance with my cage, And well maybe if I wouldn't have got mad response back, about how I did't know what I was talking about. Yea and by the way, It says that my last post was at 10:42 today. Well it's like 5:42 so don't act like you know about what time I'm post and how I'm sitting on a nice saturday afternoon. Next time check walmart, autozone, advance auto, etc. Cheaper usually. Probably pay tax instead of shipping charges but the fact you don't have to wait makes it worth it for me.

Thanks for the suggestion, but already tried that. Its a sealed gel battery, And it's real small. I already considered just buys a cheap one from walmart and making it work, But there wasn't one small enough. But like I said the dealership it's 100 bucks, And all the battery stores in town were about the same. Hell my dude paid 60$ from walmart, for a 929 battery. But I agree about having to wait on it. There is nothing worse then waitng on parts to show up. But on the other hand I order it on thursday and it suppost to be here tommorrow(monday). But still I did have to wait and it does suck.Also I got lucky with the shipping it was free for orders over 50$.

You know what i find really funny. Most people who stunt on their bikes do it on the street or in a parking lot. And it is accepted by nearly everyone. But if you get cought talking about racing on the street, wow, that just gets everyones pantties in a bunch. kinda funny isnt it. and then maybe im wrong, so im asking you stunters this now, honestly, when and where do you stunt most often?

...and dont get me wrong, im npt against stunting or racing. I like to race by bike when i can, but im also trying to get into the stunting aspect. im currently trying to master the highchair. I cant decide if sitting on the tank b4 pulling it up is the best way or not? any suggestions?

90% lots, and 60% of those lots we have permission to practice at. Streets is limited to special occasions or filming.

if you are just learning, get up into highchair first ... i'm actually practicing climbing through to highchair from a spreader right now.

yup stuntriding until about 2003 was a different beast than today. slow tricks weren't around then and everyone was a highway terrorist.
thats why the opinion is changed and its more accepted now

until 03 everyone was still on dirty 900rrs and everyone was riding the streetrs
