need help

well in case you guys didnt know I still have my website up but is not workable and am paying for it monthly I just dont remember how to set it up. I do remember the password and all those things for the ftp site, cause of my injury I dont have any knowledge of it anymore, whomever helps me I will make them associate manager without having to pay for the site. just pm me to let me know if your interested.
