What kind of bike are you changing the tire from..
The process is the same but I have never felt it to be easy unless the wheel splits...The tire just has to be in the right spot on the rim to come off and lots of lube..It has to slide on and off or the tire can get gouged at the bead..
If the tires old on a rim might be better to cut it off..If you had a hard time with it there may be parts in the rim that are bent or the inner bead of the tire ripped..
If tire changing isn't done correctly-rushed-really hard to get tire on and off then someone could go through rims and tires trying to do do the job..I've bent rims split tires before it became easier to me,..I still fret doing a tire change..
Chinese bike rims are real easy to bend, ruin in a tire change..
...................................................................
When you fill the rim with at least 100psi push does the tire pop-into the rim, then leak out...?
How fast is the air going out.
You have to figure out where the air is coming out...If it fills and leaks out stick it in water and see where the air is coming out..
That part of the rim may be bent a small cut, slice in the bead of the tire or marks in the rim...
Where the tire edge meets the rim edge it needs to be super clean and super smooth..
I use this stuff it works wonders..

Take the tire off again...and look at the insides of the rim where the bead of the tire meets the edge of the rim...
When you take the tire off make sure to jam one side of the tires bead-edge up into the center of the rim, then pull the other side off..If the tire is being stretched the wire may break or bend..I've done it..It takes a good amount of force but I've done it sitting on my kitchen floor..
I use this now....I got it new/cheap off eBay...

No screw drivers..only tire spoons with lots of lube..
Once you get the tire off look at the inner edge of the rim and outer..if you see and marks or bends you'll never seal unless it's smooth..
If your not racing the bike and want to save-use the tires they sell tubes..
Midsouthminimoto sold me a tube for a one piece GRC rim that would hold air with a tire..
I have PMT T41 on it..I use it as an emergency spare..
I only say if your not racing because I don't know how the tire will react with a tube in it at a track..
