05 R6

Any news on the 05 R6.Is it going any different?I have talked to people that got back from the dealer show but they have no news.Anybody got a inside scoop?

I saw a few pictures of it and it basically looks the same, besides the undertail exhaust.

Personally, I think undertail exhausts look like ass...props to Kawasaki for not being sheep and leaving them off their ZX-10R (at least for now).

i think underseat exhaust is awsome looking. Its even a little better performance wise (max turn angle, center of gravity, etc)

Actually no. The only performance gain is aerodynamic although the extra pipe routing adds weight. I think the best way to go would be under the engine like Buell and the yet to be released KTM.

My boss just got back from the dealer show and as usual, the sportbikes wont be revealed until a few months from now.

Plus all the extra curves in the pipe makes for less efficient flow and can harm performance
