No, don't fry him. Let him spend life in jail, he will be giving up that ass right and left. He won't even be under anyone's protection like most punks are. He goes in as a child molester, he is anybody's.
Even if he goes in with a sealed jacket so none of the inmates find out who he is, someone on the staff will let it out to someone.
They always do in the case child molesters.
All a guard has to do is tell one of the orderlies, or one of the cooks and within hours, everyone will know.

Speed's right...send Mr. Math Teacher to jail. He'll come out (if ever) with a size-13 asshole.

why do people seem to think that death is more of a punishment than life in prison?

I would tend to agree that life in the pen is more of a punishment. But the honest truth is that I don't believe in spending tax dollars keeping cons alive if the sentence is life. Why should my money go to keeping someone alive who will never have a chance to get out?

Well, believe it or not, it's cheaper to keep an inmate in prison for his entire life than it is to put him to death.
You can thank our criminal justice system which allows these inmates endless delays and appeals at our (read: taxpayers) expense.

That leads directly to inocent people being put to death. Our system is far from perfect and I have no issue allowing those who wish to appeal to do so. There are enough people being released off death row and out of prison in general based on DNA and other techniches that simply were not available at the time of their conviction.
Note that I no problem with the idea of the death penatly, but I do not belive our system is infailable enough to support it's use.

I don't think a simple death is punishment at all. I think they need to make it as severe and sadistic as possible so that the person sees himself dying little by little. Killing a person or life sentence will not undue the damage done, but if that person is killed in a slow, painful manner, then he or she might be able to understand what the victim and the victim's family is going through.
