What octane is recommended for a stock w/ yosh slipon?

Oh yeah, when starting...do you start it w/o choke on, and add it a few seconds later, or from the get-go? Thanks :D

use the lowest octane you can use w/o "pinging" etc... ive never used anything but the lowest in all my bikes and ive NEVER had a problem. do a search and youll get lots of stuff to read.
as for the choke, i turn it on the whole way to start it and shut it down a bit after starting to the desired RPM. if its hot out then you wont need it for long if at all. if its cold out then you will need it for a few minutes to help warm up.

choke depends if the bike needs it. If it has problems starting when cold, use it when starting, and turn it off when the revs start to climb.

the F3 will run fine on regular.

+1 my 97 f3 would spark knock on regular gas, i had to use at least 89 octane, though i never had a problem running regular on my f2 or most other bikes I've had, my bike now doesnt run great on regular either
