I know ive seen this thread here before, but wanted to see some pics of this again. Of peoples bikes who painted the plastics with the rhino spray liner stuff. Im contemplating doing this on a bike I have thats damaged.

You may have some trouble with that. The stuff is heavy as hell (if that matters to you), but more importantly, it doesn't flex much, and your bodywork would end up quite a bit thicker than it was originally, so re-mounting it could be a challenge.

woudl the rhino liner keep your bike from looking like its been down. isn't it kinda rough? imo it would make a bike look like a rolling rock. maybe i have to see the pics so im not judging.

It's only heavy if they spray it really thick. on a bike it's very thin and can't be much heavier than paint. Mine is sprayed with LineX and it only cost $100 or so.
