Nope, it wasn't Troy's. I saw it before he got the Gix1k nose and tail for his bike so I guess saying "some time ago" was wrong. it has been over a year ago. I think it may have been a paint scheme available overseas.

that is factory from overseas, they made that scheme from 00-01 i believe

Traded it? Man, why didn't you warn us. Wish I would have been in the area. I see you had converted the rear suspension. How did you like it? Any chance you can help any of us get a set of the Black skins that are available to you guys?

getting black skins for it cost way too much if you order it from Suzuki, place in South africa
(www.hammerit.net) that you can order race glass for street use that lets u use stock headlight etc and has the gixxer ram air as well (i still hve a front set at home, but never got around to using it)

the difference in suspension is like nite and day also very easy to adjust compared to the rotary systemiong the stock pipe on it then changing to yoshi full system, weight difference and extra bit of ummph is very noticeable..

i like that, but the hump has to go
