Hi
I'm a biker from Poland and because of high prices of bikes here in Europe I'd like to buy a bike in USA and send it to Poland. I'd be gratefull, if you give me prices of some bikes with millage up to 10 000 miles:
- Honda 900 rr Fireblade 1998 - 2004,
- Yamaha YZF R1, the same years of production'
- Suzuki GSX-R 1000, 750, the same years,
- Kawasaki ZX-9 Ninja, the same years.
Do you know how much does it cost to ship such a bike from USA to Poland?
If someone is interested in buying of old rare bikes like: Simson, Ural, Junak, Dniepr, AWO, Harley WLA as well as any sidecars and old scooters I can help in findig them and sending to US. If someone is interested this is my e-mail: [email protected]

How about you give us an idea of how much you're willing to spend (USD) and we give you the low down.

I know the Euro is worth more than the dollar, but shipping's gotta kill.

Yes, I've forgotten to write the price. I want to spend not more then 3500-5000 $ for the bike + the shipping costs.

For air freight, it's usually about as much as your ticket is. (e.g. fly for $700, expect the shipping on the bike to run +/- $700.) At least that's how it worked out when I was looking into it.

Your friend got taken to cleaners on that one. I admit, that years ago I got once a killer deal from a air-frieght forwarder in Houston at a LOWER price air to london, than the cheapest by ship (some $400). However, a few years ago i got an OK deal Air to london for a bit under $800 (ship was roughly $500). Oh, it was both times gixxers 1100.
