I recieved a PM at SBWS saying that I had posted an inappropriate picture in the General forum. I was confused b/c i am not one to post obscene pictures. Come to find out, it was the caster :twofinger pic

Yeah, it's amazing how the different websites have different rules. gixxer.com is opposite. They allow anything and even allow users to have huge banners and stuff in their signature line. Too many graphics on there for me. It's too busy. But, there's some interesting stuff to read though!! Yeah, .ws was just a little strict on what you could and could not post but you go there, you go by their rules I guess. :doublefin

I find the layout at gixxer.com really hard to manouver around in, and it is really ugly.
WS is a cool place though, and I will continue to go there to visit Jet after he gets banned from here.:lol

Those banner, html sigs are too annoying. I won't even visit there or another site because it's too much.

And here's the thing that kills me:

A mod PMs me and basically says, "You posted an inappropriate picture in the General Forums. If the rules change about this sort of gesture, we will inform everyone. If you think this is an error, PM me"

Okay, there was no link back to the picture or no description. I had NO idea what the guy was talking about. When I went back to go find it, I couldnt find it b/c he had already gotten rid of it. It took me a minute to think and realize what it was. The least he could have done was TELL ME EXACTLY what it was. GEESH!

I haven't really taken a look at many of the other sites, but I did dig into .ws.

They are different over there, but I think it's still a nicely done site. It feels comfortable. That being said, THIS site feels like home already.

I just have never been able to figure out how Jet managed to get banned from SBN and has managed to stay on .ws

my guess is that the complaint came from the team suzuki pepsi, being that you are using a trademark'd logo as your avatar, i know team suzuki pepsi went thru great lengths to get sponsored and/or official use of the suzuki and pepsi trademarks...
some may argue that use of the md logo without written consent from the owners of the trademarked logo is stealing...
