Wow. How bad do we need some coaching changes for the UT football program?
LOL. I am not a longhorn fan either so for me it was a good game.M_Frank said:
Way to go Longhorns:redflip
sorry Albin just have to rub it in
tyler, all the fans want him fired. although, the athletic director is in love with him. after the ou massacre this year, the ad said he deserves a raise. :mad anyways mack is getting a bonus of $1.5 million since its his birthday, while he gets an annual raise of $250,000, plus his $2.1 million base salary.Tyler Durden said:
Mack Brown = Mr. February! :laughing
On letter of intent day everyone will be praising him again as he pulls in another top 5 class. I swear he used to be a used-car salesman in a previous life, I have no idea how he consistently gets 5, 6, 7+ guys to commit at the same position in one class.
If I were a Longhorn I'd be calling for Spurrier. He likes living in the south and you know he'll want to go to a big time program. UT fits the bill.
The defensive coordinator, Carl Reese, resigned this morning. I heard last night that pressure was being put on Mack to get rid of some of the staff, and that he was very hesitant to. Lots of people are talking about the possibility of Spurrier coaching at UT.den m said:I heard UT has layed heavy pressure on Mack to let go the two coordinators - Davis and ???, and the two more assitants are going to be released including Mad Dog.
I don't care if we keep every single member of the coaching staff so long as we get rid of Davis. That man is the worst offensive coordinator I've ever seen. Nevermind the fact that just about every fan has been calling for his head since his first season.AudAcious82 said:
no i think that's just a joke, spurrier wouldn't fit UT and texas. i think Davis should have resigned as well. he's so predictable during big game and is too conservative .
