My wife basically got fucked over by a seller on Yahoo buying a Coach bag, we got it saying its real, but there is no way it is. Its a knockoff. We are having issues with the Seller too being a bitch. Im trying to resell the bag on Ebay, but they keep kicking it off for being fake. Im SAYING its fake though, my auction said COACH INSPIRED bag...and the auction said its NOT A REAL COACH BAG, BUT JUST COACH INSPIRED. Im not trying to screw anyone since Im saying its fake.

I typed in DESIGNER INSPIRED into Ebay and there are 1000 of them, yet mine gets kicked off every time. is there a way to sell this without violating any policy since Im not trying to deceive anyone, just want to sell it and let them know what they are getting.

SO if i lie and say its real, I can sell it and fuck someone. But if im HONEST and say its fake, THATS WRONG.

I did that...I got canned responses to all my questions. They said I cant sell anything that says COACH since its trademark infringement. SO I guess I can sell it and just not say the word COACH anywhere?? Man i am sick of getting screwed on purchases. Kicker is we paid TWICE for the bag on Yahoo since BidPay sucks ass and sent them a $$ order after we cancelled it, plus we sent a check. She cashed em both.

Depends. Does it just LOOK like a Coach bag or is it a counterfeit (having logos and such)?

If it's the later, you can't sell it because you know it's a forgery.

If it's the former, you can call it what it is, a look-alike and eBay shouldn't fight it.

If it's a forgery, aside from pursuing what you can from Yahoo, contact the PD in the seller's area and file a complaint for selling counterfeit merchandise. :evilgrin

SHes in California, Im in PA...so 3000 miles apart. It SAYS Coach on it, has a coach tag, coach Serial # and ID, etc...but its a fake. It was sold as real. We were at the mall and saw real bags, the stitching is different, tag is different inside label different, etc... hell the inside tag says MADE OF TOP QUALITY LEATHER...the damn thing isnt even leather! They put the wrong fake tag inside...idiots.

I didnt leave feedback yet, i am waiting to at least get a refund or a return email. DOnt wanna piss em off to bad so they just say FUCK IT. As with everything, its so easy to fake and lie, and a total pain in the ass to do anything about it and get $$ back.

I need to get all her contact info still, i have name and address, but need a phone # since I cant seem to find it. I emailed her demanding a refund or fraud charges will be filed. We are gonna fight western union since they sent $$ after it was cancelled, so the credit card part will be hopefully cancelled, but we still are out $$ from my check which was too late to cancel.

I hate people.

What part of Cali does she live in? Im going out there in a month or two to pay a visit to the guy that scammed me out of $100. Ive got his home address, where he works, and will be paying him a visit in person. Ill pay your lady a visit as well if she is in the region.......

Shes in Hayward, CA. I found her # and everything on register.com, she has a website that is not made yet, but registered. Address we sent the check to is SIMILAR but not exact. Same street, just # off by 80. And Unit # is different. I called her # using a blocked caller ID, they dont take calls from blocked numbers. Will call again Monday and see if # is legit...If so, we got her cornered...LOL.

Sounds about right eh:rolleyes sounds like the rest of the world. You're honest and you get scammed, yet your honesty to re-sell doesn't work. Its almost a joke how things are run...

Is it possible to contact Coach... tell them this ***** is selling stuff with their product name on it and explain what happened? I'm sure they'd be happy to know someone is using their product trademark for profit...

We are dealing with that now, trying to fight the credit card charge for Western Union. It took them 10 days to send the $$ to the seller, and we asked to have it cancelled via email and fax 3 days before they cut the check and sent it. They screwed up.

I can contact Coach i guess, but doesnt matter, there are 1000 others selling this fake crap all over the place. Gonna call her on Monday and rip her a new one, threaten fraud charges, which i WILL do if I am not refunded FULLY. I am the wrong person to fuck with.

why can't you fight the charges with your bank?? If you have BOA, I think you can dispute charges up to three months after the fact

How am i gonna burn someone else?? If I do sell it, i TELL people ITS FAKE. Im not trying to burn someone, hell many people WANT knockoffs since they are cheaper and still look legit for the most part.

I will not bite the bullet. Fuck that. If I can get a FULL refund I will gladly send the bag back to her. I will not let her get away with this though, no way in hell. I do not like this shit, and she will not be able to do it again.

I called my bank too, they basically said if the check was cashed, nothing they can do about it...
