I need some help with my exhaust.

I'm trying to take my Two Bros exhaust apart on my R1, but the mid pipe will not come off of the headers. It's not welded on, just rusted into place. Any tips for breaking it loose?

And another question: In my exhaust canister, the main pipe that runs down the middle is broken loose at one end, and just rattling around in there. Any way this can be fixed? Or just get a new can?

Navel jelly or liquid wrench.

Percussion (a hammer) breaks anything froze together with corrosion or rust.

+1 bang it with a hammer, to loosen it.

PB blaster or similar, heat to expand the metal some, rubber mallet are all good ways to help break it loose.

You guys are the bomb! I bought a can of P Blaster from Walmart, and a 2 dollar rubber hammer. Pipe came off in less than 3 minutes.

PB blaster is some great stuff. Glad you got it off before you broke out the cutting torch orr plasma cutter
