When you're shopping for bike and car stuff, what is the most important factor in deciding where to buy?

1. Location
2. Price
3. Knowledge of products
4. Time - meaning, do you mind waiting a few days to get what you want?

Thanks!

Price..

cause I don't have money to throw out the window.

If I can save $50 by ordering online, then I do.. it's pretty simple to me.. I do a lot of research on almost everything I buy.. and compare prices from at the very least 3-5 vendors..

then make a purchase..

probably has a lot to do with the amout of disposable income I have

NONE :crackup

PRICE!!!

I always do research prior to buying.
1) I know EXACTLY what I want including options etc...
2) I know what it is worth on the current market.
3) I know the actual availibilty of the item.
4) Be in a position to make the deal ie; have cash or financing lined up ahead of time.

I will always wait if I can get a better deal (unless I have an immediate need for a project or whatever)

I tend to build relationships so I shop at the same places time after time. But I still demand reasonable deals. On new vehicles I want to pay $300 over factory invoice or less.

On used vehicle I love to barter!!

Wanna buy a used '02 SV race bike!!!!!:laughing

For accessories and stuff I try to shop at local shops to help support them and keep them in business!!

I tend to make friends at the shops.

But, I still shop online and know available online pricing (think about the tax alone!) and use that as a barganing tool.

Everything is negotiable.

Everything!!!
