I posted a similar request in the suggestions subforum. I requested a subforum for Louisiana. It was almost immediately implemented. Most things are kinda by request I believe.

Rez so far has put in a forum for those that requested it. But alot of states back on SBN had forums that were hardly untouched. So for things like that I'd say no. It's a "by needed basis" I believe.
