Whatching Scooby Doo I was noticing that Shaggy has got to be a burnout.......I watched this often when I was little but I never noticed the signs;
1 He is always hungry, the only people I have ever seen that had appetites like that were some pot heads I knew in high school.
2 He seems to be china-eyed.
3 The little whisker thing he has goin on, thats about a true sign of a pot head.
4 The Mystery Machine, I bet he's got a major stash in the back (ever notice he never rides up front), prolly seeds all over the floor, and when they open up the door a cloud rolls out.

Has anyone else got any observations to add?
What other cartoon characters do you think are on drugs?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news man...but....Cartoons are NOT real. They are animated drawings. Scooby and Shaggy do NOT exist....nor does the roadrunner or bugs bunny or all the others. regardless of what you might think because of Roger Rabbit....I'm telling you the truth..they are not real!

I'm sorry to be the one to break the news to you. I hope you can live on knowing the truth.

Oh and BTW...Santa Claus, The ToothFairy and the Easter Bunny...they are also make believe! Sorry man!

The original scooby doo cartoon was actually full of pot inuendo.Scooby snacks were indeed supposed to represent a "joint".

what they're talking about is what the writer's were thinking when they created these characters. When they did Shaggy, the dude was probably a pothead and put pothead inuendos all over the place.

but yea, I agree with you Kawboy, Shaggy must of been a pothead.

Not just shaggy..they are all druggies! even if it is a cartoon the only way to make sense of people going around lookin for ghosts and monsters and solving mysteries is that they are very serious potheads and must sell lots of drugs because to keep that gas guzzling peice of crap going u need lots of it (although in cartoons it seems the engines produce thier own gas

)

I bet fred pounded off a quikie with daphnie on the few occasions they were alone and velma was with shaggy and scooby.

There isn't a doubt in my mind that jonny bravo is on roids.
