I thought I remembered you saying that. I about shit myself the first time I intentionally went beyond the BP, I really don't think the R1 is the right bike for it. The balance point is so damn high and one you go past it, it just wants to go over right away. You've gotta be really quick on the rear brake. I'm sure it's like that with all bikes. The R1 just seems twitchy as hell compared to the Hondas, etc.nags said:

A friend of mine learned on an 02 Limited Edition R1. He got damn good on it too. One of the smoothest riders I've ever seen.
