Was just keeping a girl company that had the same problem. Myself I'm just always up late. But I think it's bed time now.

I had this problem a few days after Christmas. I got my sleep cycle all messed up and it just seemed to get worse and worse.

4:30 in the morning is the most worthless time ever. Nobody else is awake, everything in town is closed, nothing is on tv and you're so damned tired of being awake that you start just getting annoyed and aggravated.

I dunno about you, but what happened with me was I basically just stayed up all night... and then the next day I found myself getting more and more tired. I forced myself not to nap in the middle of that day and then went to bed around 9:30 that night and my sleep got back on track.

sucks, don't it? :mad

been there It just comes outta nowhere and then all of the sudden, everything is back to normal... I never understand why it happens :shrug

I KNOW you've been there. It doesn't matter what time I post on here... be it really really late at night, really early in the morning, or mid afternoon. I can check 15 minutes later, and you'll have posted right behind me on something I said. :clap

You must be going crazy with that NY winter. How long before you can ride again?

I rode last weekend actually... it was in the 50's... the high for next wednesday is supposed to be 11 though so that ends that for a little while... so I guess the answer to your question is, er... well.... when it's warm?

I won't be riding regularly until at least late April or early May depending on how the rest of the winter goes... :shrug

I ended up going to work to do something... I manage to keep busy up until now...

I guess I'll be on CF all day or passed out on my laptop.

I couldn't sleep for a while last night either.....after watching another loss to UM due to a botched field goal attempt. :shake
