So Fifth Gear did a show about the effects of marijuana and driving. They tested stone sober, stoned, and drunk.

Any guesses on the outcome?

can you measure how stoned someone is? vs. blood alcohol levels?

Dude had a typical 'blunt'. British blunt, not our blunt. Basically it was a fat joint. The drunk guy had four beers.

Actually while stoned the fellow thought he was going slower, but he was going the exact speed limit. While stoned he made zero mistakes. Sober he made a couple minor ones, well, if you count possibly clipping your garage as minor. The drunk one wouldn't have hurt anyone but it was funny to watch.

Fifth Gear is a british TV car show on Speedvision. DUnno what time or day it's on, I just DVR it. Defintely one of the best half hours on TV!

Right.
Well, it works just like a VCR. Just like a TiVo really, both are technically DVR's. Basically it's a cable box with a hard drive in it to record shows.

I got Comcast DVR.
