Plastic Tail Has Two Cracks. The Bike Runs And Is Heeellllllaaa Fast But It Has A Hard Time Starting Because The Carb Isnt Tuned. Needles Are Set At The Recommended Settings. I Will Include All Tools And The Manuals For The Carba Nd Speedo.
