Need help

Hello. Look for a serial/VIN number. Generally on bikes its on the side of the head tube (where the steering attaches to the frame) and google the vin number. If its not there, then you'll have to search for it. I've never seen anything like that. I'm thinking its a 70's/80's euro moped or 50cc motorcycle.
