New Year's Plans...

I never was one for going out on New Year's Eve. What's the point? Pay $50 to get into some place that normally has no or little cover, just to do what you can do there any other night....except, it's more crowded. Pay $5/drink all night. Then someone has to be the DD and put up with all of the drunks. Then you've got DUI checkpoints to deal with sometimes too.

Much rather have a party at home or possibly go to someone's home, which is what we are doing.

Going to dinner w/ Speed and my girl's then we are going bowling..Till midnight.

Apoc, myself, and our other roomate are having a party. People are coming from 300Km away to attend. Should be a good time:toast

Sleeping. Since I have to work at 5:45 tomorrow morning.

Chillin at home and waitin for 2003 to end. What a terrible year!!! 04 is gonna be nice though.

Last year, we went to Fox and Hounds in Brandon (FL) - awesome little Irish pub. I could definitly make a tradition out of bringing in the New Year at an Irish Pub, although, I dont think there are any in OKC! Wish I knew of one.!!

Jewelzie, there's a Fox and Hound on Memorial not a mile from you guys. It's just.....*west I think* of May and Memorial.

edit: it's the big franchised one though..just realized you said small...

Yea the one we went was called Fox & Hounds.. That one is Fox and Hound. We've been there before.. its real uppity..nothing like a pub..

Do you know of any irish pubs around here...?

The wife and I are going out to dinner with friends and then having a party of about 10 or so people. No martinis will be involved.

Going to go bowling
Make some $$$
Then heading out to go play in a card tourney with the $$$ I make bowling

Well I assumed everyone already knew they were invited but just for the record..CF you are all invited to our party!:laughing

No plans at all. I'll either sit at home watching movies, or go out to some random place on the spur of the moment. No idea until then.

Beer and bullblasters, and that's all I know so far

I'm working till 11pm
But then I'm picking up my sweetheart, pop open a bottle of champagne and watching the ball drop in bed.....

I'm so over the big parties and then having to drive home with drunken idiots....:shake
