we all just have to keep calling and talking to her, dont be dissapointed if she dosent remember you right away. the interaction is definatly helping her speach and keeping her spirits up during her down times. so please even if you only have 5-10min give her a call, I cant stress enough how happy the calls make her.

This girl is incredible. You can email her and she'll respond. I'm looking to get a group together to go visit her one day over a weekend. She still needs us (her friends). You can imagine how boring life must be in that 'hospital'.

ok i was just on the phone with her for like an hr and a 1/2 and she had me in tears i was laughing so hard. she definatly got that sense of humor back. i think we both had to remind ourselves to breath a few times lol
she said cutting her hair was like her new awakening. and i told her to keep up the good work cause we all miss her alot and we would definatly have a party when she gets out. she said well what would we call the party? i said hmmm not sure. she paused for a second and was like come on its May's escape from here party lol.
all in all this was the most upbeat i have ever heard her even compared to when she wasnt there. she is definatly a fighter and is a little more optimistic after our goofing off session

oh and i told her everyone loves and misses her, so even if you have 2 seconds just jot down a quick e-mail and hit her up. i wanna prove my point to her that everyone does still care about her so please it will take a few seconds of your time but definatly keep her glowing for a while!!!!

After seeing the purplemay.com website and all the posts associated with this girl, her boyfriend and friends, all I can say is wow. It just reminds me about what is so special about belonging to this community we simply call "Riders."

I spoke with her Monday the 23rd to wish her happy holidays. And have been on e-mail with her all day today. She is getting better slowly. Dan was talking to her Sunday on IM.
Ok, what happend for those that don't know, I am lost here. I can assume she got into a motorcycle accident? Although people are never supposed to assume things... sorry that I don't know and I did look on the link posted there isn't anything about what happened. thanks
yes she got into a motorcycle accident, i will leave the speeds out just because all we really got were the estimates from the police. but she was hurt very badly, near death. all along she fought though and now she is to the point where her memory is a little foggy and she is in a rehab center.
