I know it is old news, but this is still a bad mother that I would like to see hit production...

And just in case the first link is broken...it happens...here are a few highlights...

SUZUKI'S awesome B-King concept bike. It is a muscle-bound bike, and sure to please many with its mixture of high-tech wizardry, extreme performance and stylish design.

With some of the most awesome vital statistics of any motorcycle on the planet, the B-King is difficult to improve upon. Its features include:
  • Mega-powerful 1299cc production motorcycle engine (taken from the Suzuki Hayabusa) supercharged to produce well over 200bhp
  • No plastic in its construction - made completely from metal, carbon or leather
  • Huge 240-section rear tire for added traction
  • Enormous 150-section front tire - larger than many motorcycle rear tires
  • Laser welded frame
  • Plasma welded swing arm
  • Advanced electronic displays
  • Fingerprint recognition system replaces conventional ignition key for added security
  • Self diagnostic system using on-board sensors that can submit data to cell phone and PC
  • The B-King communicates with your mobile phone if someone attempts to steal it
  • Access to the internet allows weather and traffic information to be downloaded
  • GPS satellite Navigation system fitted
And for the first time ever, you, the public will have a say in whether it should be put into production or not - or even if the design should be altered in anyway. All you have to do is email Suzuki to register your opinion. All opinions will be looked at by Suzuki and will influence the decision on whether to build a production version of the bike.
What's up with that? How come we haven't heard anything else about this thing?

this is equally old news but totally owns the b-king

kinda funny, you own a honda and i own a suzuki... you post the suzuki b-king and i the HOnda NAS

i want them both
I would LOVE to have either but what I dont understand is why Suzuki doesnt release a bike like the B-King. It doesnt have to have any of the fancy gadgets or even the supercharged Busa engine. Just a regular standard bike with looks as bad ass as that would sell great I think.
del la sol,
Why would the Honda own the Suzuki?
What are it's proposed specs?
Lenny
It's not about the specs, it never is... It's about the design.

In that case, the B-King owns that Honda...

(And that says a lot coming from me, as I am not a zoiok fan at all.)
The first one reminds me of a Cylon for some reason...

I prefer the styling of the Honda, personally...and i genuinely do not like most Honda products. :shrug.....however, i definitely prefer the idea of a supercharged Busa motor and all the sweet gadgetry of the B-King...and being as I buy bikes for performance first, looks second..I'd throw my cash down on the B-King

WHAT????:rant

frikkin right it does.

BTW, the NAS is prettier, but gimme the king over something that Vin Diesel wants any day.

Hey I'm not saying I wouldn't sell an organ to get it with the supercharged 1300 but just to get a bike like this on the street is at least worth the sacrifice of the supercharger. Maybe even knock it down to a 1000 if that's what it takes to make them sell it.:shrug

I'm afraid I have to agree...it's gorgeous...even though the NAS is even prettier
i say it owns it just because the B-King seems to have more appeal based on woo-ing the audiences at bike shows, taking stuff from a parts bin and slapping on some already made parts on it and squeezing in a 240 rear tire doesn't really do anything for the performance of our street bikes down the road, and if they do produce it you know it will probably merely be a street fighterish version of a tamed bike whose main selling point will be a 'busa motor... where as i think the honda is more of a design excercise for honda's engineers and it is totally one-off, i like its styling way more but also i think its features are more industry shaking and more likely to have an effect on what we could ride in the future

besides the suspension and body, the NAS is a VTR1000.;)

off topic...but the person in your avatar is on the wrong side of the bike
back on topic....the only "available parts" on the B-King is the Busa motor...everything else is one off.....seems kind of like the NAS....a one off bike powered by an existing motor :confused
The B-king has an awesome muscle look but I think the front end is a little too blunt/flat. The Honda is nice too except the front looks like it houses dual lazzzz0r beamz and is the property of the red power ranger.
The B-king looks great but it reminds me of Judge dread & Burger King all at once.

Anyone else notice how the Hondas tail looks suspiciously like the new ZX6R or vice versa.
Please...

the b-king roxors all over the honda... NO COMPARISON.

if they made it production, i would buy it the day they started taking preorders...:redflip :nanana
