I went on the Yamaha snow page last week & watched their movies. All testers raved about the R1 motor. None commented on its cornering or trail handling abilities. All said it just pulls strong from idle & hit 100mph effortlessly.

If you are into sleds, you must checkout the new MXz-rev Ski-Doo. This is the next rave.

Check out the seating position.

How about Redlines???

Check out their newest 1300cc beast
Looks good but i was in a hurry and never got a chance to read up on it. Does it say where they got the engine or do they build it themselves?

It doesn't say where they get their engines, but their lineup goes like this:

800 cc - Inline twin - 135 hp

954 cc - V-twin - 110 hp

1300 (1294 cc) - Inline triple (2-stroke) - 225 hp

Here's a video of thier old 702 cc machine doing some jumps. It's got a full 15" of suspension travel in the rear. There are a few more movies on their homepage if'n ya want to check them out.

I could only find one price on the webpage - the 800 cc machine they said goes for between $17,500-$18,000 & they're all sold out for this winter
