The bike in question is a 2003 RC51, note the RC has been sitting for approx. a year.

The head cover/valve cover is leaking oil when the motor warms up. I have removed the gasket to look for issues but found none so far and the insides look to be in order. The pressure stay's constant once it builds up and bleeds of after the bike is stopped.

When the bike is first started there are no leaks but once it heats up / builds pressure I get the leak

The fromt head cover is fine with no issues...

No smoke from pipes or error codes or lights on display...

The valve cover could be warped from over torqueing the bolts not allowing the gasket to seal properly.

Seen covers that have a thick gasket warp from overtightening. Might try new gasket or get a machine shop to check the levelness of the cover and shave it a tad to line it back up. Also might get a black light to check for any cracks. Good luck and post back what you find. As always start out with the cheapest and work your way up.
p.s might try a very light tack sealant too (gas and oil resistant one). make sure it dries almost completely before putting it back together and See if that helps. If the cover is a different material than the head sometimes they will expand at different rates causeing this too.
