I hope you have another 4x4 to take with you! If thats your only car, take it with or buy one before you go! The cost of an auto up there is high. Everything is priced like an import. A honda civic goes for a couple grand higher than the highest price in NC. Just something for you to think about, that and all the snow/salt will destroy a new car also, and youll need a block heater.

Nope i didnt get the job yet. Im just gonna move no matter what. Umm i plan on taking the city bus or something when i get there theres noway im driving my truck all the way there. It will be alot cheaper for me to sell the truck and move up there then to fly back and fourth over and over cuz i have applied for AK troopers and city PD so it will be a a few flights at about 800 a pop with hotel. umm im thinking i would like around 9k for the truck. I will be there for the ride Gil is it gonna be with you or another officer?
