A friend of mine gave me a stun gun, more or less as a novelty. It's not the type that shoots prongs, but just has 2 stationary metal prongs that point out, and 2 that point to each other, and when triggered, the 2 pointed at each other conduct the electricity until someone is touched by it. It's 200,000 volts. Is there any risk of serious injury or harm using this on someone? I have already been hit by it, and it just kind of stung and made my arm twitch.

It's more or less up in the air if there's any long term harm to people with heat problems.

Keep it away from anyones vital area's...chest, back, neck, head and of course...the family jewels...

I haven't found anything like that, except for in the case of Law Enforcement style tazers, which actually fire projectiles and penetrate skin.
