I never watch a movie I like, when it is on TV.
The ads are annoying.
The movie is usually edited to work on TV schedules.
You sometimes loose significant stuff.

Id hate to watch the godfather on TV. when i watch it i want to see all of the movie..and hear all the curse words

#2 was by far the best....#3 was horrible.

I cant stand when they show films like that on regular TV. The other day I walked into my house to see my wife watching Casino on the Lifetime channel. Needless to say I had to sit her down for a long talk which was followed by a time-out....she had it coming.
Scarface, Godfathers, Casino, Goodfellas...all movies that should never be shown on regular TV!
