Does anyone happen to have a manual handy for the TT600?

I need to change my oil and I don't have my manual yet.

What is the torque setting for the oil drain plug? Please specify N*M or Ft.*Lbs.

Thanks.

Sweet, "tight". Just kidding.

"tight" is ok for my car, but this is my baby we are talking about.

Besides, I turn pipe wrenches. Tight for me is not tight for you.

Thanks for the vote of confidence though, good looking out.

I hope you are using metrics and not pipe wrenches on the drain plug :redflip

Tight is tight - to me tight is torque to yield plus 1/4 turn. So I;m wondering where you go ;)

My guess on the plug is to not go more than 35-40 Nm on the drain plug. Tight, but not impossible.

I do keep forgetting which drawers are metric and which are SAE, but I do use the metrics after a bit of drawer hunting, LOL.

Tight to a librarian could be loose to a longshoreman.

When I first started working for the company I work for again now, my boss could always tighten fittings more than me with the same effort. Now I can tighten those fittings just as well if not better than him since I am used to it again.

I used to be able to torque to 20 ft. lbs. by feel and be almost dead on, but not anymore.

I think we all get the drift. I could venture to say that this post could be a bit whorish, borish, and uneccesarily long all in one go, but I won't.

I still do need the magical number though if possible.

Thanks,

SB

I just checked my Daytona manual and mine is 25 nm with a new crush washer.
Don't know if that helps or not:D
