definitely a good book and just about everything in it is street applicable
A classic book that is chock full of information. Read it, then read it again!
I'm half way through it. Too bad I'm a poor college kid and have to spend an hour in the Barnes and Noble to get some reading in. :redflip

People still read!

Read it & found it to be most informative. You guys are kool:p
still reading it

i'm on page 60 i think so far and it is very informative, first couple of chapters realy concentrated on racing, so i was starting to get pissed but then he's getting inot street riding and survival skills, defnintly a great book
Code is way ahead of most in understanding riding skills.

I would suggest also that you get Proficient Motorcycling by David Hough. It is FAR more street oriented that T of TW. I think it is a much better book for dealing with traffic and road hazards.
The information* is pretty good. I'm on about page 30* so far. I like the notes on the margins of the page*. One really annoying* thing is detracting from the book* so far. Did that one* thing stick out to any* of you folks* that have read the book already?

information: data, facts germaine* to the item being discussed.

30: a number 1 greater than 29 and 1 less than 31.

page: sheet of paper with words printed on it, usually as part of a collection of other sheets of paper that are sequentially numbered.

annoying: aggravating, distracting, flustering

book: a collection of pages

one: single number. solo, only.

any: a number of something, one or more.

folks: people, humans, bipeds, **** sapiens.

germaine: relevant, relating to the thing at hand.
