Does anybody know Washingtons' requirements for a motorcycle endorsement? Had a kid complete the BRC class today. He has a MSF Completion Card. Will that alone let him get his endorsement added?

Dont know. Over 16 but under 21. I'd have to go look at the Waiver. (The paperwork wasn't my responsibility on this class). What are the options?
