What is MME?

1278 Views 28 Replies 10 Participants Last post by  Synthetic
MME (Mid-west Motorcycle Enthusiasts) started out catering to several states. After awhile it became just too much.

It was decided that it should cater to the areas with the most members and to those it would be easiest to work with. Seeing as I'm right in the middle of the four states listed it makes it easier to work with.

Basically this is a place where those of us that are for the most part within riding distance of each other can spend time talking, setting up rides, and just generally hanging out.

Thanks. I'm hoping to get MME a little more active than its been in the past. Also hope to get a site set up to host pictures and stories and such from MME members.

I come to Ohio all the time. I go to the Cleveland Motorcycle Show and go to the Ohio Breakfast meets. In Dayton semi-often.

Hey Pete, good to see you and ride on Sunday. Thanks for making the effort to get down to Bolivar - that was a chilly morning.
Great ride down 26 though heh? Terry and I took 821 and 45 back up to Malaga after you split off. 45 is brilliant, kind of like Rt-26 but without the boring straight bits. Ha ha..
NEXT TIME buddy.

Good luck with the new mini-vtr996rider...
Thanks Bam-Bam, it was a good time.

BTW - Love the "mini-vtr996rider" comment. Any day now as a matter of fact. Wifey's due date is the 25th of Oct. but she's convinced he going to be here sooner than that!

Some very nice roads down here and feel free to come on down anytime.

As for this place.... I have to talk to Breeze but I'm having cards made for MME and will hopefully slowly grow over winter and then make a push when all the bikes start popping out of the wood work in the spring.

start popping out of the woodwork!? my bike never goes into the woodwork !

Didn't we ride in like...January this year Chris? :laughing

Mild winters are great...but I wouldn't mind a little snow this year.

AS long as it snows and then goes away in a week and turns 65 degrees again :D

I still want to get to the Gap before the 'real' cold hits. Lets go!

Bill, You know you're welcomed to crash at my place if you come to So. IN. I am an hour from Chris's place. -and the good twisties are over his way.

Ahh, but how many other bikes did we see to hand out cards to? LOL

I like warm winters. However, if its going to be cold then it just as well snow.

Only bad thing about that is the damn sand/salt they dump on the roads.

But I'm broke. LOL Its very tempting though... trailer the SV down or ride the Connie down? Stay where cheap and when? :D
