I'd kill him. The immeddiate satisfaction I would recieve would be immense.

As for killing myself, the only time I would have to revel in it would be the planning stages. Sure he would be pretty fucked for a while. but, he would eventually get on with his life. And what would you have to show? Nothing. You'd be in a fucking hole in the ground.
